Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Rug must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Must include original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Custom and sale rugs are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return
Contact us at support@craftedmorocco.org with your order number. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for rugs of equal or greater value. Any price difference and shipping fees will apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. After that, our standard return policy applies.
